Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled before 4 p.m. one day prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled after 4 p.m. the day prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint is required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
A cleaning fee of 65 USD will be collected at check-out for stays of less than seven nights.
A 250 USD deposit will be collected at check-in, in addition to a resort fee of 10-18 USD per person, per night, which includes cart fees for the golf course.
Pets are considered and a pet fee is charged in addition to a pet deposit.
Pool heat is available only in select homes. The cost is 25 USD per day for gas heat.
Guests who will be arriving after 5 p.m. must call 800-627-7019 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive the number to call for the lockbox code and directions to the home.
